(5) Remove the oil pressure gauge.
(6) Install the oil pressure switch.

ADJUSTING THE VALVE CLEARANCE

NOTE:
• Valve clearance adjustment should be
carried out when the engine is "cold".
• Do not adjust the clearance as "remo-
ved cylinder head".
1. Measure:
• Intake valve clearance
• Exhaust valve clearance
Out of specification → Adjust.
Valve clearance (on cold engine)
Intake valve : 0.2±0.05 mm
Exhaust valve : 0.3±0.05 mm
NOTE:
Prior to the adjustment, disconnect spark
plug leads, fuel hoses
