Stable blocking can be achieved up to a deviation of 20 degrees:
The L1 rib screw is self-drilling (drill-free screw), so it can be screwed into the bone without pre-drilling.
The gold L1 rib screw corresponds to the 1.5 mm thick L1 rib plates. It is, however, also used for the 2.0 mm
thick plates.
