By acting on the switches and the keyboards the installer may
carry out the following operations:
• supply power to the unit;
• start-up;
• change/select the operating mode;
• adjust summer and winter set points;
• display alarms;
• display the status of the principal components;
• stop the unit;
• disconnect the unit from the mains power supply.
Any other operation must be carried out by qualified personnel
authorised by RHOSS.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE BLOWER OUTPUT

IMPORTANT!
Especially in the AP versions, it is important to
perform careful calibration of the pulleys in order to
keep the power consumption of the fan motors
within the limits on the rating plate.
DANGER: MOVING PARTS!
Adjustment of the blower output must only be
performed with the machine stationary.
It is possible to adjust the capacity of air in the system by means of
adjusting the speed of the blowers (ref.4, Fig. 13). This operation can
be performed by means of the adjustable pulleys (ref. 1, Fig. 13) fixed
to motors A and B (ref. 3, Fig. 13).

from the keypad
By using the two keys on the control panel it is possible to alter the
levels and the parameters of the board. The following diagram shows
the levels that the user can display, and modify and the levels and
parameters which are accessible by means of a password (allowed only
for authorized personnel).

The adjustable pulley (Fig. 14) makes it possible to vary the pitch circle
within the maximum (Max) and minimum (Min) limits indicated in the
following table, varying in this way the speed (N) of the blower.
The procedure shown below is for calculating the rpm of the fan as a
result of altering the pitch circle of the motor pulley:
N
= fan revolutions (rpm)
n
= electric motor revolutions (rpm)
d
= variable pulley diameter (mm)
D
= fixed pulley diameter (mm)

(*)The type of variable pulley fitted can be recognised from the number
stamped on the body of the pulley itself. The units are always provided
with the pulley calibrated for the maximum speed of the blower.
