5.21 FRONTZAPFWELLE
ACHTUNG: Einzugsgefahr. Den rotierenden
Wellen fernbleiben. Darauf achten, dass
man sich NICHT in der Kardanwelle der
Zapfwelle verfängt. Alle Schutzvorrichtungen
müssen immer an den Antriebswellen montiert
bleiben.
- Keine weite Kleidung tragen, die sich in den
sich in Bewegung befindlichen Teilen verfangen
könnte.
- Vor dem An- oder Auskuppeln der Kardanwelle
des Anbaugeräts den Motor ausschalten.
- Alle Schutzvorrichtungen müssen in
Position ausgerichtet werden, bevor die
Zapfwelle gekuppelt wird.
- Vor der Ausführung von Reparatur, Einstellung
oder Schmierung eines Anbaugerätes auf dem
Feld ist die Zapfwelle in den Leerlauf zu
schalten und der Motor zu stoppen.
- Sicherstellen, dass sich niemand
im Gefahrenbereich zwischen Traktor und
Anbaugerät aufhält.
- Wenn die Zapfwelle nicht verwendet wird, die
Schutzabdeckung anbringen.
Kontrollieren, dass die Drehrichtung der Zapfwelle
des Traktors der für das zu aktivierende Anbaugerät
zulässigen Geschwindigkeit und Drehrichtung
entspricht.
Kuppeln der Frontzapfwelle
Die Frontzapfwelle wird anhand des Schalters (1), der
sich rechts von der Lenksäule befindet, eingeschaltet.
- Den Motor im Leerlauf anlassen.
- Beim Einkuppeln oder Stoppen der Frontzapfwelle
darf die Motordrehzahl einen Wert von 1200 U/min
nicht überschreiten.
- Den Schalter (1) drücken.
- Die Kontrollleuchte (2) am Armaturenbrett tritt in
den Leuchtzustand.
- Die Zapfwellendrehzahl wird auf dem mittleren
Display angezeigt.

5.21 FRONT POWER TAKE-OFF
CAUTION: Danger of entanglement. Keep
well away from spinning shafts. Take care
NOT to remain caught up by the PTO
driveline. Keep all the guards mounted on the
transmission shafts.
- Do not wear loose clothing which could catch in
moving parts.
- The engine must be stopped before coupling or
uncoupling the implement's universal joint shaft.
- All protection devices must be in place before
the power take-off is started.
- When repairing, adjusting or lubricating an
implement in the field, always set the power
take-off to neutral and stop the engine.
- Check that nobody is standing in the risk zone
between the tractor and implement.
- When the power take-off is not being used,
replace the protective cover.
Check that the speed and rotation direction of the
tractor's power take-off match the speed and rotation
direction accepted by the implement to be activated.
Front power take-off engagement
The front power take-off is engage using the switch
(1) on the right of the steering column.
- Start the engine at idle speed.
- When engaging or stopping the front power take off,
the engine speed must not exceed 1200 rpm.
- Press the switch (1).
- The indicator light (3) on the instrument panel
comes on.
- The power take-off speed is displayed on central
display.
