6.9.3 - Frontzapfwelle - Austausch von Öl und
Ölfilter
1. Den Traktor auf eine ebene und horizontale
Fläche stellen.
2. Die Feststellbremse einlegen und den Motor
abstellen.
3. Den Zündschlüssel vom Zündschalter abziehen.
4. Die Motorhaube anheben.
5. Einen geeigneten Auffangbehälter unter dem
Ablassverschluss (1) vorsehen.
6. Den Verschluss (2) lösen.
7. Nachdem das Öl vollständig abgeflossen ist, den
Ablassverschluss (1) wieder aufsetzen
8. Die Schrauben (3) ausschrauben und den Deckel
(4) abnehmen.
9. Den Ölfilter herausziehen und wechseln.
10. Den O-Ring wechseln.
11. Den Deckel (3) samt O-Ring montieren.
12. Über die Öffnung im Deckel (2) frisches Öl in die
Zapfwelle einführen. Für Ölmenge und Typ siehe
Kapitel 8.1 Schmierstoftabelle.
13 Den Verschlussdeckel (2) festschrauben.
14. Den Motor starten und einige Minuten laufen
lassen.
15. Den Motor abstellen.
16. Den Deckel (2) abdrehen und den Ölstand prüfen,
der unter normalen Bedingungen den Lochrand
erreichen muss. Falls erforderlich, füllen Sie sie
nach.

1. Place the tractor on a flat, horizontal surface.
2. Apply the parking brake and stop the engine.
3. Remove key from the key switch.
4. Lift the hood.
5. Place a suitable container under the drain plug
(1).
6. Unscrew the cap (2).
7. Once all the oil has drained out, reinstall the plug
(1).
8. Unscrew the screws (3) and remove cover (4).
9. Pull out and replace the oil filter.
10. Replace the O-ring.
11. Fit the cover (3) complete with O-ring.
12. Introduce the new oil into the PTO through the
hole in the cap (2). For quantity and type of oil see
chapter 8.1 Lubricant table.
13. Screw the closure cap (2).
14. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
15. Stop the engine.
16. Unscrew the cap (2) and check the oil level which
in normal conditions must reach the edge of the
hole. Top up if necessary.
