2| BEFORE USE
Read the operating instructions carefully. Keep
or save the operating instructions carefully in
a safe place for future reference and pass them
on to future users together with the appliance.
The instructions contain important information
on operating, cleaning, and maintenance of the
appliance.
The appliance may only be used for its intended
purpose and in accordance with the operating
instructions. Always follow the safety instruc-
tions when using the appliance.
Improper use can lead to damage. We accept no
liability for any damage from non-observance
of the instructions. Please note the warranty
information.
Before installing and using the device for the
first time, completely remove all protective
film and all existing stickers. No packaging res-
idue should remain on or inside the appliance.
Clean the removable parts that come into con-
tact with food as described in the "Cleaning and
Care" chapter.
Check if the appliance and accessories are com-
plete and not damaged. If any parts are missing
or damaged, do not operate the appliance and
contact customer service. Please refer to the
guarantee for the relevant contact information.

3| LED LIGHTING NOTE
This appliance contains a light source with
energy efficiency class C. Please note that the
light element in the product is not intended
for lighting purposes. The light element may
be replaced by authorized service personnel.
The LED lighting on the base of the appliance is
used to indicate that the appliance is in oper-
ation. The light only serves as an information
display:
When the machine is ON, the base lights up.

When the machine is OFF, the base light is off.
•
The LED lighting on the appliance base can be
switched off completely in the settings.
