Fault description
Unit is running but is not performing
any metering (electrical problems)
Unit is running with reduced metering
performance (performance problems)

Remedy
Check mains voltage as shown on the rating
plate
Check connection in accordance with the
connection diagram
Open the solenoid valve completely, replace it if
necessary
Check the complete suction tube and replace in
the event of air leaks
Check and repair metering point functions
Check metering point back-pressure using the
metering point specifications

Check medium connection and filled lines

Check pump
Open the solenoid valve completely, replace it if
necessary
Bring the metering point to operational
readiness or repair as necessary
Check suction tube and seal or replace leaking
part
Open the solenoid valve on the product side,
replace if necessary
See the operating instructions for the pump

Tighten the armatures or replace the seals as
required
Replace the solenoid valve
Increase the pump output or use OGM
