4.5.3 2/2-way solenoid valve 6228
The valve type 6228 is a balanced 2/2-way solenoid valve with servo membrane.
When the solenoid valve is de-energised, it is closed. Pressure builds up over the servo
membrane, which pushes it down and thus keeps the valve closed. When switching, the
space above the servo membrane is relieved via the pilot valve. This raises the servo
membrane from the medium pressure and opens the main valve. A minimum differential
pressure of 0.5 bar is required for full opening and closing.
The special design and geometry of the valve interior ensures a soft closing
function with only very small pressure peaks.

A built-in spring actuator ensures a low noise level and extends the working life
of the pump.

The OGM is used to record the volume of the flow of pure, clean liquids
(max. 1000 mPas, measuring method: Brookfield).
As it is a volumetric counter, it can also be used to record pulsing or discontinuous
flows.
The metering pump series TurboPUMP is a range of electric motor-driven membrane
metring pumps mounted in a free discharge point, suitable for use with uncontaminated,
non-abrasive metering media.
An asynchronous motor acts as a drive and has an integrated fan for better cooling.
An additionally installed thermal protection switch switches the pump off in the case of
overheating and switches it back on again after a defined cooling phase.
