WARNING!
Risk of injury from components and hoses under pressure
The components on the [Bezeichnung] are rated for a maximum operating
pressure of 6 bar:
– Before installation and connection of the [Bezeichnung] ensure that the
pressure setting valve is set to the lowest possible pressure.
– After opening the stop cock, set the pressure control valve to the desired
operating pressure of max. 6 bar.
– Check the operating pressure setting on a daily basis.
NOTICE!
Material damage due to additional weight loads
Additional weight loads can cause material damage to the station.
– Do not load the station with additional weight
– Do not step upon the station or use it as a climbing aid
– Do not place heavy tools on the station.
NOTICE!
Damage to property due to unsuitable tools
Use of unsuitable tools can cause damage to the station.
– Use only the correct tools!
– Keep tools clean and in perfect condition; replace damaged tools!
The following applies for installation and assembly:

Safety instructions must always be observed. Failure to follow the safety instructions
properly can lead to accidents, injury or damage to the unit.
The manufacturer or the commissioned installer is responsible for the appropriate
n
instruction and training of all employees who assemble, configure or commission the
unit for the first time.

The protective equipment is not part of the scope of the equipment; safety goggles
and gloves must be provided for the assembly and commissioning personnel by the
manufacturer or the commissioned installer.
5.2
Requirements for the installation location
CAUTION!
Risk of injury if the emergency stop button is not accessible
– Install the station immediately next to the associated controller.
– If the station is installed at a great distance from the associated controller,
the emergency stop button cannot be reached in time in the event of a
malfunction.
– If compliance with this requirement is not possible, mount an optional
emergency stop button that is connected to the controller on the left or
right external surface of the station or on an adjacent wall.
