Removing the splash guard
CAUTION!
Components and hoses under pressure
Pressurised components and hoses can fail, which could cause components
and chemicals to be ejected from the station:
– Only operate the station with the splash guard installed

Switch off the main switch on the control cabinet and secure against switching back
on.
2.
Close the water supply.
3.
Unscrew the two star handles
4.
Before switching on again, reattach the splash guard.

Cleaning the station

Requirements:

Switch off the station and secure against switching back on.
1.
Check the station for secure mounting, missing stickers and damage.
2.
Wipe the outside of the station with a dry cloth.
3.
Check the inside of the station for leaks and damage.
4.
Check hydraulic connections for tightness and leaks.
5.
Clean the pump or pumps and connections with a dry cloth.
6.
Check the area around the station for dirt; clean if necessary.
7.
Check that product data sheets are present and legible.
8.
If necessary, check that the splash guard is present and free from damage.
