8.1 Maintenance table
Interval Maintenance work
Clean the station.
Weekly
Perform a visual inspection.
n Check oval gear meter for sediments due to leaks.

Carry out pump maintenance in the case of heavy loads
Monthly
(e.g. continuous operation).
Check that the connections on the suction and pressure lines are free from leaks
Quarterly

Check suction valves and pressure valves for dirt and tightness.

Check pump head screws for a secure fit.

Perform safety and functional testing of the entire system
Half-yearly

If necessary, check the function of upstream system disconnectors.
