Perform calibration
ENVIRONMENT!
Chemicals can harm the environment.
To prevent damage to the environment by chemicals, liquids drawn off during
bleeding and calibration must be disposed of properly.
Instructions for collection and disposal can always be found in the
data sheet provided with the chemical.
The amount of product metered by the unit in a given time depends on the following
factors:
n
Flow rate of the diaphragm metering pump.
n
Viscosity of the product being metered.
Diameter and length of the product suction line.
n
Requirements:
n
installation work has been completed.
n
The controller is connected according to the operator's specifications.
n
Operating media (water, chemicals for metering) are available.
