Re-assembly of the oval gear meter
A recalibration is recommended after cleaning and reinserting the oval gear
wheels!
Make sure that the oval gear wheels are seated correctly!
The oval gear wheels must be inserted in such a way that they are offset
exactly 90° to each other (Fig. 6, pos. 1 + pos. 2) .

Install oval gear wheels after cleaning / replacement 90° offset to each other
(Fig. 6, pos. 1 + pos. 2) .

Insert screws carefully and tighten diagonally with a torque of 1 Nm +0.4.

NOTICE!
The oval gear wheel with the welded magnets (Fig. 6, pos. 2) must be
positioned under the sensor in the cover.
The plates on this oval gear wheel must point downwards!
To check, carefully turn one oval gear wheel with your finger; the other
oval wheel must be taken along for one complete turn without locking
or losing contact with the second oval gear wheel.
NOTICE!
Be sure to observe the permissible torque, as the counter thread in
the housing is made of plastic and can be damaged if too much force
is applied. This means that the oval gear meter can no longer be
guaranteed to be leak-proof!
