System description
4.1
Function description
The ULTRAX Cube is a pre-assembled metering system for the dosing of Ecolab
chemicals for the professional cleaning of textiles in commercial laundries. The pre-
assembled standard unit covers a wide range of applications and thus helps to save
assembly time and costs. By using direct-acting 2/2-way valves for the assignment
of dosing chemicals to the washer extractors, this ULTRAX Cube requires only one
diaphragm metering pump.
The system can be adapted to future washing processes and products by
installing extension components.
Control is performed either by the control cabinet ULTRAX Cube or alternatively by the
Ecolab myControl controller.
All the materials selected are suitable for use with Ecolab's products.
