Behaviour in case of a fault
Procedure:
1.
Switch the system off immediately.
2.
Secure the system from being switched back on.
3.
Rectify the error without delay.
In some cases, repair or parts replacement is required.
For more information on repairing and replacing parts, see:

Once the fault has been rectified, the system can be put back into operation.
For more information about recommissioning, see:

The table below describes possible operating errors and causes of errors, as well as
measures for troubleshooting. If an error occurs that is not described below, or if it cannot
be attributed to the causes given below, please contact Ecolab
on page 15

Remedy
See operating instructions for the pump
Tighten the armatures or replace the seals as
required
Replace the solenoid valve as required
Vent the pump head
Connect the medium
Flush the pump head using the suction tube,
and remove and clean the valves or replace if
necessary
Open the solenoid valve completely, replace it if
necessary
Bring the metering point to operational
readiness or repair as necessary
Check the metering point using the metering
point specifications
Check suction tube and seal or replace leaking
part
Open the diaphragm valve in the suction tube
fully
