Troubleshooting
The maximum duty cycle of 20% at 20 min has been
exceeded. Wait until the error message disappears.
Check the system for mechanical blockages and remove them
as necessary.
The error message is active as long as the undervoltage is
detected on the control unit.
Check the voltage supply (mains cable).

If the error message is still displayed, the control unit or the
drive could be faulty.
Drive could be faulty. Check the drive for mechanical strain.
Check the setting for the control unit and the system for pos-
sible errors.
Connect the safety edge or replace the cable.

Check the load on the drives.

Hand switch is possibly faulty. Check the control unit - hand
switch connection.
Check the connections in the synchro system and of the indi-
vidually connected control units.
Use the appropriate drive for configuration of the control unit.
