Prerequisites:
n The operator's stop input switch is connected
n The main menu for the hand switch is displayed

If drive group management is activated, this func-
tion only affects drives of the drive group in which it
has been activated.
Therefore, the function has to be activated sepa-
rately for every affected drive group.
An operator's stop input switch can be connected
to the MultiControl II to safeguard crushing and

The stop input is deactivated in the factory.
Select the menu via "Control" ® "Stop functions" ® "Set
external stop" (Fig. 99).
Select "Activate stop input" (Fig. 100).
