CAUTION
Risk of burns when near fire. The supports, seat and
backrest cushions are flame retardant but nevertheless
flammable. Therefore utmost caution near any sources of
open flame or sparks, especially lit cigarettes, is required.
CAUTION
Risk of hypothermia or burns on wheelchair parts.
Parts can become extremely hot or cold due to extreme
temperatures.
Do not expose the product to any extreme temperatures
(e.g. direct sunlight, sauna, extreme cold) in order to pre-
vent injuries by coming into contact with the parts.
INFORMATION
Only use original manufacturer's options. The optional
components may be mounted only as described here.
Failure to comply will void the warranty.
For ordering or if you have any questions etc., please
always indicate the serial number (see type plate and
section 2.9).

Transportation and storage
WARNING
Risk of accidents and injury due to improper use for
transportation in a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Use
in a wheelchair accessible vehicle is not permissible if the
following options are used:

WARNING
Risk of accident and injury due to improper use for
transportation in motor vehicles for the disabled. The
power wheelchair may be used in a vehicle for the disa-
bled, subject to the use of the safety elements offered by
Ottobock (e. g. chest belt, lap belt and knee pad) and the
use of suitable restraint systems. Only one person may be
transported in the power wheelchair at any one time. For
optimum protection of the occupants in case of an acci-
dent, use the seats and corresponding restraint systems
installed in a vehicle for the disabled while it is in opera-
tion.
