INFORMATION
The parameter settings can be changed by the specialist
dealer in accordance with the user's desire in what speed
level or what menu he/she wants the power wheelchair to
be after switching on.

6.3.3 Driving function

CAUTION
Risk of injury due to uncontrolled operation of the
power wheelchair. Switch off the controls on the power
wheelchair whenever you do not need them. This will pre-
vent you from unintentionally activating the joystick.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to tipping during operation. Observe
the following safety information when operating the power
wheelchair:
„ Operation of the wheelchair is limited to inclines up to
a maximum of 9,5° (17 %).
„ When driving downhill, reduce speed in accordance
with the degree of the incline.
„ Do not cross differences in height of more than 50 mm.

„ Do not cross steps or dropped kerbs without brak-
ing first.
„ Driving backwards should be limited to manoeuvring
or short distances on level ground.
INFORMATION
In case of higher temperatures and longer uphill drives, the
controls of the power wheelchair switch to a safe condition,
and the output of the power wheelchair is limited. However,
it remains possible for the user at any time to drive the
wheelchair out of a dangerous situation. Once the excess
temperature has decreased sufficiently (this can take a few
minutes depending on the outside temperature), the power
wheelchair is fully ready for operation again.
The power wheelchair has been approved for ascending
or descending inclines of up to 9,5° (17 %). Navigating in-
clines above this percentage value is not permitted.
To ensure safe downhill driving, the driving speed must be
adapted in accordance with the degree of incline (e. g. set it
to speed level 1).
The critical obstacle height of the power wheelchair is
50 mm. It is not permitted to cross obstacles higher than
50 mm. Obstacles such as steps or dropped kerbs must
be crossed at reduced speeds.
