7 Accessories
CAUTION
Risk of accidents due to unsecured screw connections.
When screw connections with thread locks are loosened,
they must be equipped with new ones or secured with a
medium-strength thread lock substance (e. g. Loctite 241).
After any settings on the power wheelchair are estab-
lished or changed, the mounting screws and / or nuts
must be retightened securely. During tightening observe
torques when specified.
INFORMATION
Only original options provided by the manufacturer may be
used. The optional components may be mounted only as
described here. Failure to comply will void the warranty.

The power wheelchair has been designed as a modular sys-
tem. Certain component groups can be exchanged and
other accessory components can be added to the power
wheelchair.

The EnAble50 control offers the possibility to use numerous
additional electrical functions as well as specially adapted
input devices.

7.1

Control panel holder

7.1.1 Swing-away control panel holder with detachable
control panel
The detachable control panel can be pulled upwards off the
control panel holder.
To allow the user to drive the power wheelchair closer to an
object or under the e. g. of a table, the control panel can be
swung to the side with a special control panel holder (see
fig. 32).
1. Apply a little bit of pressure to press the control panel
holder to the side and release the pivot element.
2. Swing the control panel holder to the side.
3. When bringing the control panel holder back to its origi-
nal position, the pivot element automatically locks into
place.
