6.6.2 Stand-up function

WARNING
Risk of injury if the power wheelchair tips over. Before
driving up inclines or over dropped kerbs, a tilted seat
must be lowered to its basic position, the stand-up device
must be in its lowest position and the back must be in the
upright position.
Slightly tilt the seat to the rear when driving down inclines
or dropped kerbs and reduce the speed (max. 3 km/h).
WARNING
Risk of injury if the power wheelchair tips over. Creep
speed is automatically activated when the stand-up de-
vice is operated (corresponding symbol appears on the
display of the control/LCD display). If this is not case, this
represents a malfunction and the stand-up device must
not be used. Contact a specialist dealer as soon as pos-
sible to eliminate the problem.
WARNING
Risk of accident and injury due to improper use of the
standing function. The standing function may only be
used with the chest belt, lap belt and knee pad applied.

CAUTION
Risk of injury if the power wheelchair tips over. The
power wheelchair can tip over if the stand-up device is in
the raised position and the user can fall out of the wheel-
chair. The following safety instructions must be followed
under all circumstances:
„ Do not lean out of the wheelchair when the stand-up
device is in the raised position.
„ Do not pull any objects towards you when the stand-up
device is in the raised position.
„ Only travel short distances when the stand-up device
is in the raised position, e. g. when manoeuvring.
„ The maximum load capacity of the stand-up device is
136 kg.
„ Use the stand-up device only on solid level ground.
„ Do not change the mounting position of the stand-up
device and seating unit.
NOTICE
Damage caused by overload.
The maximum load capacity is 136 kg.
