Pullthefootrestupandremovetheseatcushion.
Grabtheseatupholsteryatthefrontandthebackinthemiddleandpullitupwards:The
wheelchairwillfold(fig.7).
Formoremanageabletransportation,e.g.incars,thefootrestscanbeswungoutwardsorbe
entirelyremovedinjustafeweasysteps.
Tomoveorremovethefootrest,pulltheswivelhandletotherear(fig.8).Thefootrestwithfoot-
platecanthenbeswungawaytotheinsideoroutsideby90°(fig.9),orbeswungawayand
removedbypullingupward(fig.10).
Duringreassembly,ensurethatthefootrestlockingdevicehasengaged.

Thestandardequipmentincludesremovablequick-releaseaxlesontherearwheelswhichfaci-
litatetransportationofyourwheelchair.
Toremovetherearwheels,pressthebuttononthequick-releaseaxleasdescribedin 
Chapter3.Therearwheelscanthenberemoved.(fig.1).

holesandthatthequick-releaserearwheelaxlesandcasterssecurelylockintotheiraxlehousings.
Therearwheelsandcastersmustnotberemovablewithoutthebuttonbeingdepressed!Check
thefunctionofthebrakes.
