Activating the steering lock
1. Bring the power wheelchair to a full stop.
2. Push the [Warning Flasher] button.
· The steering lock is activated.
· All warning flasher lights flash (standard program-
ming).
3. Move the joystick forward/backward. The power wheel-
chair drives straight in both forward and reverse.
Deactivating the steering lock
1. Bring the power wheelchair to a full stop.
2. Push the [Warning Flasher] button.
· The steering lock is deactivated.
· All warning flasher lights stop flashing.
3. Move the joystick. The power wheelchair now drives in
the chosen direction without steering lock.

6.3.9 Lighting (optional)

The power wheelchair can be equipped with optional light-
ing.
The control panel is used to turn on the warning flashers,
lights and right/left direction indicators.

Front lights

A front LED light and one direction indicator are attached to
the frame on the right and left side (see fig. 24).
