11.2 Error messages on the OrthoPilot® 4 home screen
Issue
"One of the panel PC communica-
tion ports is defective" error mes-
sage.
"The panel PC serial number is not
readable" warning message
"The panel PC is not supplied with
power/Ensure that the panel PC is
supplied with power" error mes-

"Cambar service is needed very
soon!"/"Cambar service is needed
latest on YYYY-MM-DD" warning
"The Cambar is overdue for a ser-

Identification/cause
There can be no access to one of the Bluetooth
modules to connect the peripheral devices.
Software error: Panel PC serial number cannot be
read.
Failure of power supply (e.g. power cable
unplugged, power outage)
Service required (service expires on YYYY-MM-
DD)
Service urgently required. (Service interval
expired)
Service urgently required (System can no longer
be used as of YYYY-MM-DD)
Service interval exceeded. System accuracy can
no longer be guaranteed.
®
OrthoPilot 4 camera is not yet up to operating
temperature/accuracy may not be achieved.
Shock indicator triggered/Camera may be mis-
aligned.
There is a system error.
There is a system error.
USV battery status cannot be read.
Camera shuts off.
Remedy
Select the Info button and select the Reset button in the dialog
window.
If the warning message continues to appear, have the product
repaired by the Aesculap Technical Service.
Restart the system.
If the warning message continues to appear, have the product

Connect the power cable or restore the power supply.
Have the product repaired by the Aesculap Technical Service.
Message will disappear automatically when operating temper-
ature is reached.
