Do not calibrate if the endodontic motor is not inserted into the receptacle on the unit front panel. In case of error,
reset the system, as indicated below.
5.4 ADJUSTING PROGRAM SETTINGS
a. Rotating mode
Each program has been configured by the manufacturer with the same information (Fig. 7):
• Reduction ratio: 8:1
• Speed: 300 rpm
• Direction: FWD (Forward)
• Torque: 0.5 Ncm
• "Special Autoreverse" mode: ON
The indicated parameters are only examples. To minimize risk, comply with the speed recommendations issued
by the manufacturer of the rotary instrument and contra-angle being used

First line displays:
• Mode currently in use: "Reciprocating / Rotating"
• Program: From P1 to P10
Second line displays:
• Contra-angle reduction ratio (on the left)
The "Ratio" button followed by +/- buttons changes contra-angle reduction ratio.
• Rotation direction (on the right)
"FWD/REV" button switches between forward and reverse movement. Selection of reverse movement is signaled by continuous
beep.
Third line displays:
• Currently set speed (on the left).
"RPM" buttons followed by +/- buttons adjusts speed.
• The type of autoreverse (on the right)
"AR MODE" button provides selection among three autoreverse types (STOP, AR, SAR).
Fourth line displays:
• Set torque value, expressed in Ncm
"Ncm" button followed by +/- buttons adjusts set torque value.
• Unit programming:
RATIO: Sets reduction ratio of handpiece. The following table shows possible reduction ratios:
