Kick starter
T o start the engine, rotate the kick crank,
push d o w n lightly w i t h f o o t u n t i l gears
engage, and then kick w i t h f ü l l strength. This
model has a primary-coupled kick starter so
the engine can be started in any gear if the
clutch is disengaged. In normal practice,
however, shift t o neutral before starting.
Fuel tank cap
The locking fuel tank cap can be removed as
follows:
Insert the key, push d o w n and t u r n clockwise
about 1/8 t u r n , and the lock w i l l be released
n o w the fuel tank cap can be opened. The
cap can be locked by merely pushing it into
position.
Fuel tank capacity: 16.5 lit. (3.63 IMP gal)
