5.4 Transport wheels (Fig. 17)
With the rear wheels removed, the wheelchair can still be used as a rolling base; this makes it
possible to manoeuvre through narrow passages (e.g. narrow bathroom doorways or airplane
aisles).
Risk of accident. Note that once the rear wheels are removed, the knee lever wheel
CAUTION
locks are no longer functional!
5.5 Footrests/footplates + accessories (Fig. 18–22)
5.5.1 Single-panel footrest, narrow (Fig. 18)
Makes the wheelchair more compact. (Fig. incl. frame pads).
5.5.2 Individual footrests, angle-adjustable (Fig. 19)
Depth = 160 mm.
5.5.3 Locking device for single-panel footplate (Fig. 20)
Prevents inadvertent loosening of the footplate, especially with spastic users.
