5.3.1.1 Read command P947[0]

The control wants to read the first element of parameter 947 "Faults":
● PKE Command identifier: 7 (Request parameter value array word) + parameter
number: 947 (0x3B3)

● PWE Parameter value = 0
PKW command from the control:
