REASONS:
- Valve piston blocked
- Casing body seal leaking
MEASURES:
-Insulate control chamber: Close KH3 at
approx. 4 bar pressure to KH4. Isolate
NeoFlow pressure reducing valve (close
shut-off valve on inlet side). Release
pressure at KH4-6
- Uninstall NeoFlow pressure reducing
valve and check for damage
