Ventilsteuerung
O-Ring, Steuerritzel © und Federring auf Kurbelwelle
schieben, SK-Mutter M16 x 1,5 mit „Loctite 221" sichern,
aufschrauben und mit 100 Nm festziehen. Steuertrieb
gehause © im gesamten Bereich des Kupplungs
deckels mit dauerelastischer Silicongummi-Dichtmas-
se bestreichen und aufstecken. Steuertriebgehause mit
2 Innensechskantschrauben M6© und Federringen so
wie Scheibe 6,4 x 30 x 3 und Distanzmutter M6 0 befe
stigen. Bandspannrolle © mit SK-Schraube M8 fest-
schrauben. Distanzhulse 8,4 x 22 x 11 und Spannrolle
auf Stiftschraube M8 schieben und mit SK-Mutter und
Federring vorerst leicht befestigen.
Achtung:
Fiir Type 348, Steuerritzel mit der urn 90° versetzten
Keilnut ® auf Kurbelwelle schieben (siehe Bild); fiir
Type 504—560 ist die werkseitig markierte Keilnut ®
zu verwenden.
Valve train
Fit O-ring, timing pulley © and spring-washer on crank
shaft, secure hex. nut M16 x 1,5 with "Loctite 221" and
tighten to 100 Nm. Coat timing gear cover © over whole
clutch cover area with RTV Silicon compound, and fit it.
Fix timing belt cover with 2 Allen-head screws M6 ©
and spring washers, washer 6,4 x 30 x 3 and spacer nut
M6 0 Fix guide pulley © with hex. screw M8. Slide di
stance-sleeve 8,4 x 22 x 11 and tensioner pulley on stud
M8, and tighten gently with hex. nut and spring washer.
Attention:
For type 348, place timing pulley on crankshaft using
keyway ® which is displaced by 90° (see illustration).
For types 504—560, use keyway ® marked by factory.
Distribuzione valvole
Infilare I'OR, la puleggia © e la rondella elastica sull'al
bero motore, avvitare il dado M16 x 1,5 trattato con „Loc-
tite 221", serrarlo con 100 Nm. Applicare ermetico silico
ne sul carter distribuzione © in tutto I'ambito per il co
perchio frizione e montarlo. Montare il carter distribuzio
ne con 2 brugole M6 © e rondelle elastiche, la rondella
6,4 x 30 x 3 ed il dado distanziale M6 0, ed il rullo tendi
tore © con vite M8. Infilare lo spessore 8,4 x 22 x 11 ed
il rullo tenditore sul prigioniero M8 e fissare legger-
mente con dado e rondella elastica.
Attenzione:
Per il tipo 348 inserire la puleggia distribuzione sull'al
bero motore utilizzando la golla ® posizionata a 90°
dal segno di riferimento (verdi ill). Per i tipi 504—560 uti
lizzare la gola ®.
