The measurement location is indicated on the
monitor in accordance with the balancing program
selected.

To complete the measurement, bring the calliper
gauge to stand-by position.

To prevent damage, the electronic vernier caliper
must be moved to the rest position by hand.

To run one of the other programs, proceed with
acquisition of the subsequent points.

For the standard program, rim data input can be
concluded as follows:

Manual: Input of rim width with appropriate key;
$
Automatic: Measurement of rim width with gauge
arm *.

9.3.2 Alu3 balancing program
1. Place the electronic calliper gauge on the distance
and diameter of the rim in correspondence of the
first balancing plane (edge of the rim) and keep it in
this position for one second.

An acoustic signal sounds to indicate that the
position has been registered.
2. Next, without bringing the electronic calliper gauge
to home position, position it in correspondence
of the second balancing plane and keep it in this
position for one second.
3. Storage of the position is confirmed by an acoustic
signal and the position data are displayed.

To complete the measurement, bring the calliper
gauge to stand-by position.
