Recipes

Recipes with bread mixtures
Our recipes are based on mixtures available on the German market, which include dry yeast. When
using British bread mixtures, please follow the instructions of the respective manufacturer, but do
not exceed the quantities below.
Ciabatta
Ingredients: 180 ml water
300 g Ciabatta bread mixture
1 teaspoon of olive oil

Country Bread
Ingredients: 210 ml water
350 g bread mixture
5 g dry yeast
Programmme:
Basis/Basic Mode
Fine yeast cake
Ingredients: 180 ml milk or water
300 g yeast cake mixture
(without yeast)
3,5 g dry yeast
Program:
Schnell / Fast Mode
TIPP: You can vary any bread mixture by of 180 ml water, 300 g bread mixture and one of the
following ingredients: 50 g roasted onions, salami, cheese, olives, sunflower seed, pumpkin
seed, pine nuts or peanuts. The water can be replaced by tomato juice, a mixture 50%
water and 50% red wine, butter milk, soy or cow milk.
Classical bread recipes
Please take care: For bread with light wheat flour or spelt flour take max. 180 ml water and 300 g
flour. These breads rise more and fill the bread pan with these smaller quantities.
Classical white bread
Ingredients: 180 ml water
200 g wheat flour type 550
100 g semolina
½ teaspoon of salt
1 pinch of sugar
3,5 g dry yeast
