Wholemeal bread
TIPP: Many stores, whole food stores, health food houses etc. offer in addition to wholemeal flour
the opportunity to ground the cereals freshly. However, at least 2/3 of the required
quantities should be ground as fine as possible, the rest may be coarse.
Spelt wholemeal bread
Ingredients: approx. 230 ml butter milk
150 g spelt wholemeal flour
150 g wheat wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon of wheat gluten
1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon of salt
1 pinch of sugar
3,5 g dry yeast

Ingredients: 180 ml milk
300 g wheat flour type 405
1 teaspoon of butter
1 bag of vanilla sugar
TIPP: Vary the basic recipe with one of the following ingredients:
Sultana bread:
Cinnamon bread:
Nut bread:
Fruit bread:
Ginger bread:
Chocolate bread
Ingredients: 180 ml milk
300 g wheat flour type 405
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
3,5 g dry yeast

Schnell / Fast Mode
TIPP: Replace the strawberries by any other fruit, e.g.:
Apricot bread:
200 ml mashed apricots
Raspberry bread:
200 ml mashed raspberries
Blueberry bread:
200 ml mashed blueberries
Blackberry bread:
200 ml mashed blackberries
TIPP: Take almonds, hazelnuts, or walnuts instead of pistachios.
Also very delicious with 2 pinches of cinnamon.

Ingredients: 230 ml water

1 tablespoon of candied fruits
1 teaspoon of ground fresh ginger
Strawberry bread
Ingredients: 200 ml mashed strawberries

½ teaspoon of honey
½ teaspoon of colour malt
1 teaspoon of salt
3,5 g dry yeast

1 tablespoon of sugar
3,5 g dry yeast
Schnell / Fast Mode
300 g wheat flour type 405
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of pistachios
3,5 g dry yeast
