Bread for allergic persons
Our recipes have been developed with products available on the German market from the
companies Schär and Hammermuehle.

White bread
Ingredients: 190 ml water
1 tablespoon of oil
160 g Hammermühle flour mix
light (Mehl-Mix hell)
1½ tablespoon of buckwheat
flour
1 teaspoom of salt
1 pinchof sugar
1½ tablespoon Hammermühle
dried leaven
3,5 g dried yeast

1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
5 tablespoons of sesame seed
3,5 g dried yeast
