Changing the filter cartridge and cleaning the mesh filter
The filter cartridge shouldbechangedevery 10000 km (every 2 oil changes).
Remove the sump cover from the crankcase every 30000 Km j remove also the mesh filter
and wash itin petrol, then dry by blowing with compressed air.
This operation is best carried out by a Moto-Guzzi dealer.
Adjusting the CO and the idle setting

Envisaged idle state: 1150 + 1250 rpm.
Mm The CO value should be between 2,5% + 3,5%
E Intake valve: 0,10 mm
(USA version: 1% + 2%).

exhausl valve: 0,15 mm
N.B. - The idle setting should be adjusted when the
engine is at running temperature.
These operations are best carried out by an authorized
dealer.
