Die reale Achse wird abgebremst auf VactRA1= 0 U/min. Sie wird nach
Erreichen des Stillstandes aktiv in dieser Position gehalten.
12. Abschalten des "ex_StopRA1" (MC_Stop).
Das aktive Halten der realen Achse ist beendet.
13. Leistungsabschaltung für die reale Achse
Abschalten von "en_PowerRA1" (MC_Power) durch "Werte schreiben".
Nur möglich im Zustand Standstill nach Ausführung des Stops an
RA1.
