Now, the handpieces can be connected
and the device can be configured;
NOTE: to change the language during
use, disconnect the handpieces and
proceed with the configuration.
4.5 Irrigation Kit Installation
Open the packaging of the previously-
sterilised handpiece and irrigation kit,
removing the tubing and the fixing clips.
Connect the end of the irrigation tube to
the specific attachment on the handpiece.
Fix the irrigation tube to the cord-
handpiece by using the clips supplied;
Open completely the peristaltic pump
cover;
Insert the part of the irrigation tube with
the largest diameter and measuring 15
cm in length, into the peristaltic pump;
Close the peristaltic pump cover;
WARNING: When the cover of the
peristaltic pump is open, the foot pedal
of the PIEZOSURGERY plus MUST NOT
be activated. The parts in movement
may cause harm to the operator.
