4.9 Installation of the Inserts
Screw the chosen
handpiece or extension till the end of the
threading;
WARNING: Screw onto the
extension only the suitable inserts
supplied in the blister pack. Do not
screw any other type of inserts.
WARNING: Do not screw the insert
to be adopted with the extension
directly on the handpiece.
WARNING: Inserts compatible
with PIEZOSURGERY medical+
handpiece can only be assembled onto
PIEZOSURGERY medical+ handpieces.
Inserts compatible with PIEZOSURGERY
medical handpiece can only be
assembled onto PIEZOSURGERY
medical handpieces.
Fasten the insert using the PIEZOSURGERY
medical or PIEZOSURGERY medical+
torque wrench.
To use the Mectron torque wrench
correctly, proceed as follows:
Place the insert into the wrench as shown;
CAUTION: Do not use the
PIEZOSURGERY medical L torque
wrench to fasten the inserts. The
PIEZOSURGERY medical L torque
wrench must only be used to fasten
the extension.
