EMULSION DISASSEMBLY

Before disassembling the emulsifier, check that the switch on the back of the machine

Pull the rotating unit upwards
2. Wash the rotary unit in the dishwasher or manually
3. Proceed with the assembly
6.7.

SANITATION

1. With the machine stopped, with the dispensing unit closed, fill the two tanks with water and
insert also the NON-CORROSIVE sanitizing solution.
2. Set the selector to the "wash cycle" position
Prolonged operation in the "wash cycle" position with the cylinder empty or inside
water with disinfection sanitzer, can cause rapid agitator wear
_________________________________________________________________________
3. Allow the machine to operate only for the time required for these operations (recommended
time 10/15 seconds).
4. Drain the sanitizing solution completely through the ice cream dispenser unit.
Note: It is advisable to rinse with running water before operating the machine.
