INFORMATION OF MACHINE

1.2.1. Generality

KLIMAGEL recommends that you always use the highest quality blend of ice cream to satisfy
your customers even the most demanding. Any savings you make in the mix used at the
expense of quality will definitely result in a much greater loss than you have saved.
In the light of the above, the following recommendations are made:
- Make yourself the mixture with natural products of unmatched quality or refill blends with
GRAVITY
serious and trustworthy companies.
PUMP
- Carefully follow the mix preparation instructions supplied by the supplier.
- Do not modify recipes, for example, adding more water or sugar.
- Taste yourself the ice cream and put it on sale only in case you are fully satisfied.
- Insist from your staff that the machine is always kept clean.
