CLEANING DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY

IMPORTANT
Cleaning and sanitizing are operations that need to be normally carried out at every production
end, with the utmost care to guarantee the quality of production and hygiene standards
necessary.
6.1.

CLEANING

6.1.1. Machines with pump
1. Start the 'wash cycle',
spatula, close the dispenser and select '' off '',
out the pump unit.
2. Unscrew the tank fitting, pour water into the tank and carefully wash all surfaces.

6. Unscrew the dispenser knobs, pull out the dispenser and then the beater.

10. Assemble the pump unit with all components and the dispensing unit using the
supplied gasket guide (paragraph 6.3, paragraph 6.2)
11. Insert the beater into the cylinder with its stuffing box (paragraph 6.5)
12. Insert the dispensing unit and tighten the knobs.
13. Screw the fitting into the tank bottom, insert the pump unit and connect the flow tube

1. Start the 'wash cycle',
the gravity piston with a spatula, close the dispenser and select 'off',
unscrew the gravity piston.
2. Pour water into the tank carefully washing all surfaces.
