4.2.1 Key functions

OFF: stops the machine
START: It shows that the machine is powered.
PRODUCTION SOFT: Starts the production of ice cream with softer consistency.
PRODUCTION HARD: Starts the production of ice cream with harder consistency.
NIGHT MODE: Sets the machine to stanby mode. The machine can not produce ice cream
and only reaches the maintaining temperature inside tanks and cylinders. It is advisable to
leave the machine in standby mode at night in order to achieve energy saving and conserve
the mixture.
WASHING CYCLE: Sets the machine in washing mode. During this operation, the pump
and agitator are actioned while the refrigerating circuits remain excluded, allowing the
detergent to clean the machine. It is advisable to perform an automatic first wash and a
second after extracting the pump.

4.2.2 Visual indicators

TEMPERATURE TANK: Displays the temperature inside the tanks.
ALARMS: Signals three different types of alarms based on the flash frequency
1. ALARM PRODUCT LEVEL - Led on with fixed light.
2. ALARM CONSISTENCY- Flashing frequency of 0.5 seconds (fast blinking).
3. ALARM PROLONGED MIXER- Flashing frequency of 2 seconds (slow blinking).

ICE CREAM DISPENSER

To dispense the product, simply place a cup or cone beneath the dispenser door and slowly
lower the dispensing lever. As soon as the product begins to come out, move the cup or cone
in a circular way to give the ice cream a conical shape. After supplying a sufficient portion of
product, close the dispensing lever and move the cup or cone quickly down to finish the tip
portion.
