4.10. HOLDING TANKS

The holding tanks can be configured in the event of need, through the thermostat inside the
electrical cabinet.
To change the tank temperature, perform the following steps on the thermostat:
Press the button SET and verify that the green light blinks
Increase or Decrease the temperature to the desired value using the buttons
ARROW UP or ARROW DOWN
Press the button SET and verify that the green light is fixed

CONTROL DEVICES

The safety systems on the two machines are:
THERMAL PROTECTIONS
DETECT OVERHEATING of the compressor and motors; reaching the maximum calibration
values causes the machine to stop, which goes to "STOP". Before restoring operation, the
cause of the intervention should be checked.
Thermal protection is restored AUTOMATICALLY.
PRESSURE SWITCH
It is designed to protect the cooling system and causes the compressor to shut down for
cooling the circuit, in the event of lack of water in the circuit itself (water condensation) or lack
of air circulation in the condenser (air condensation ). Resetting is automatic.
FUSE
They protect the electrical circuit controls from overload.
If they intervene, check and eliminate the cause of the failure before replacing them.
SECURITY DISPENSER SENSOR
It serves as protection TO the operator, if the dispenser is disconnected from the machine, the
sensor disables the motors.
