6. Unscrew the dispenser knobs, pull out the dispenser and then the beater.
7. Clean the cylinder both inside and outside.
8. Remove the gravity piston and the dispensing unit (paragraph 6.3, paragraph 6.2)
9. Wash the components in the dishwasher or manually.
10. Assemble the gravity piston with all the components and the dispensing unit using the
supplied gasket guide (paragraph 6.3, paragraph 6.2).
11. Insert the beater into the cylinder with its STUFFING BOX (paragraph 6.5).
12. Insert the dispensing unit and tighten the knobs.
13. Screw the gravity piston on the tank bottom.
6.2. DISASSEMBLE DISPENSER UNIT (single flavour or double + mix)
To remove the door proceed as follows:
- Unscrew knobs pos.1.
- Remove piston pins pos. 3 and piston pos. 2.
- Unscrew the dispensing rod pos.5.2 and remove the dispensing rod pos.5.1.
- Remove the dispensing levers pos. 4.
- Extract all ORings using the special extractor, wash them thoroughly and grease them
with vegetable fat.
To fit the dispenser unit to the machine, tighten diametrically opposite the knobs at the
