PREFACE

INSTRUCTION MANUAL
The preparation of this manual takes into account of the Community directives
for the harmonization of safety standards and the free movement of industrial
products within the E.U (Council Directive C.E.E. 89/392 and following note,
known as the Machinery Directive).
PURPOSE
This manual has been prepared taking into account the needs for knowledge of the user who
is in possession of the machine.
The themes related to the correct use of the machine have been analyzed to keep unaltered
the quality characteristics that distinguish the production of KLIMAGEL in the world over time.
A relevant part of the manual is referred to the conditions required for use and mainly the
behavior to be taken during the operations concerning the ordinary and extraordinary cleaning
and maintenance.
Nevertheless, the manual cannot exhaust in detail every possible need; In case of doubt or

MANUAL ORGANIZATION
The manual is structured into sections, chapters, and subfolders for easy reference and search
for topics of interest.
It is necessary that each person in charge of the machine read and understand the parts of
the manual of his competence and in particular:
- The operator must have read the chapters regarding the function and operation of the
machine groups.
- The qualified technician for installation, maintenance, repair, etc. must have read the manual
in all its parts.

Along with the instruction manual each machine is supplied with the following additional
documentation:

Machine Model Installation Sheet
- Spare parts
List of components furnished together with machine for simple maintenance.
- Electrical diagram
Diagram of electrical connections, inserted into the machine
- Guide to gasket Use:
Visual diagram of the gaskets contained in the spare parts.
