EMULSIFIER IN TANK (OPTIONAL)

The use of the emulsifier depends on the characteristics of the mixture, in the types of low-
fat mixtures that guarantees the homogeneity of the mixture and prevents the formation of
frost on the walls of the tank.

The emulsifier should rotate clockwise observing the tank from above

NOTE:
The operation of the emulsifier can be activated and deactivated by the switch on the back of
the machine
NOTE:
Depending on the mixture, it is possible to configure the operation of the emulsifier through
the PLC control logic of the electrical cabinet inside the machine.
