Command identifier 0x01: Read data carrier

Reading out the data of a data carrier that is located in the
detection range of the antenna of the read/write head. The
memory area to be read is specified via start address,
number of bytes and memory bank.
The memory bank of the memory area to be read can be
set via parameter 0x0085 – subindex 4.
If there are several data carriers in the detection range of
the read/write head, the desired data carrier must be
selected before reading (command identifier 0x40, see
chapter 8.7.4 on page 47).
For the EPC and TID memory areas there are
simplified commands which return EPC and TID
as filtered information, see Command identifier
0x42: Read EPC on page 48 and Command
identifier 0x44: Read TID on page 50.
Details on the use and organization of the
different memory areas can be found in the
UHF-RFID standard EPC
Identity Protocols Generation-2 UHF RFID.
