Automatic increase of transmitting power on write

This parameter can be used to specify whether the same
transmitting power is used for write and read operations or
whether the transmitting power is increased by an offset
value for write operations. Many data carriers require a
higher transmitting power for write operations than for read
operations.
Write power (dBm) = Read power (dBm) + Offset (dB)
The desired offset power in quarter dB is transferred as the
parameter value.
Adjustable offset power:
0...20 dB (corresponds to factor 1...100)

The resulting transmitting power is automatically limited to
the maximum permissible value.

The Number of repetitions parameter is used to specify
how often the read/write head attempts to repeat a failed
access attempt to a data carrier or capture request before
a negative status message is sent to the processor unit.
