Description
Menu
Choice of cooking programme. You reach the cooking programme by confirming
the function with the rotary button.

Changes the preset time in hours and minutes

Adjusts the temperature
Pressure level
Adjusts the pressure level in the pressure cooking programme
Pressure level 1: 33 kPa (approx. 108°C)
Pressure level 2: 52 kPa (approx.112°C)
Pressure level 3: 65 kPa (approx.114°C)
Pressure level 4: 83 kPa (approx.117°C)
Pressure reduction
Choice of fast or natural pressure reduction
Fast:
Pressure is automatically drained quickly after cooking, to avoid overcooking food
and adhere to recipes
with short cooking times.
Natural:
Pressure is removed as the food cools. No steam escapes from the steam valve.
Note: You can also reduce pressure manually during the cooking process by
selecting the pressure reduction icon and holding down the rotary button for at
least 3 seconds. Pressure is then drained for 30 seconds.
Keep-warm
Keeps dishes warm for the set time after the cooking programme has finished.
This function can be used for up to 6 hours in the programmes for pressure cook-
ing, slow cooking, steaming and cooking rice and pulses.
Delayed start
Enables the start setting of the desired programme to be delayed by up to 12
hours
Start/stop button
Flashes in standby mode and starts and finishes a cooking programme
Exit button
Interrupts the programme setting and moves the appliance to standby mode.
