Wooden paddle
Do not soak the wooden paddle in
water and do not clean it in a dish-
washer. This would cause the wood
to swell and warp.
Clean the wooden paddle by rinsing it
briefly and then dry it.
Because the paddle is made from un-
treated wood, it can suffer discoloura-
tion from oils and toppings such as to-
mato sauce.
